How do credits work?
A confirmed Scheduler booking uses 1 Brutal credit. If you use Qualifier before a visitor books, that completed booking uses 2. The same balance can be used by other Brutal apps. Setting up availability, creating links, and review or not-qualified enquiries are included.
What is an active scheduler?
A person with availability, a booking link, or assigned appointments. Admins, coordinators, viewers, clients, and invitees do not use a scheduler seat.
What is an active public booking link?
A live, shareable booking page. You can keep inactive links for later without using your allowance.
Do credits expire?
No. Your credits stay available for your team to use when the work arrives.
Can we buy more later?
Yes. Add another one-off credit pack whenever you need it. There is no plan change or cancellation process.
What is Brutal Qualifier?
Qualifier is included in Scheduler. It asks your own screening questions before a visitor can see your calendar, keeps unsuitable and review-needed enquiries out of your booking flow, and uses one additional credit only when a qualified visitor completes a booking.
